Since 1976, Groupe SEGUIN has been designing, manufacturing, and distributing high-performance, reliable, and environmentally friendly thermal regulation and energy production solutions. Our local roots are no accident; they are a choice. From our historic headquarters in Randan, we actively contribute to the economic and social vitality of rural areas. By creating jobs, fostering regional partnerships, and supporting local initiatives, we strengthen sustainable and resilient ecosystems.

Groupe SEGUIN is:

  • 5 manufacturing workshops and 2 integrated testing laboratories promoting local innovation
  • 350 employees, 120 of whom are in Randan, creating a strong human presence
  • A QUALIOPI-certified training center, passing on knowledge and expertise to over 500 professionals each year

We believe that responsible growth is one that benefits the business, society, and the environment. Every investment is driven by this belief. Modernizing our equipment, optimizing our processes, and anticipating regulatory changes are levers we use to ensure competitiveness and sustainability.

  • 7 million euros invested over 5 years to modernize our production tools
  • A consolidated turnover of 100 million euros, the result of balanced and visionary management
  • A strategy focused on quality and continuous improvement, reducing after-sales service interventions and aiming for 100% regulatory compliance

Environment and energy transition:

acting for the planet

The preservation of our environment is at the heart of our concerns. Not because we have to, but because it is our duty to act, and that is what we have been doing since our creation. Every device we design aims for optimal energy efficiency while minimizing its carbon footprint.

Our 2022 carbon footprint report demonstrates transparency: 222,582 tons of CO2 emitted, 92% of which is related to the use of our devices. This finding fuels our commitment to innovate and guide our customers toward more responsible consumption.

Our concrete commitments:

  • Optimize product usage and extend product lifespan through educational kits like the first fire kit
  • Reduce waste and promote recyclable materials
  • Produce green energy with photovoltaic installations and expand our production capacity


Our goals for 2029:


  • 100% of devices will have an efficiency greater than 77%
  • Installation of charging stations at our French sites

Our commitment goes beyond our borders: we support the Plantons pour l'Avenir fund, contributing to the sustainable management of 66.7 hectares of forest and the planting of more than 81,000 trees.

The bronze ECOVADIS medal we received in 2024 is a recognition of our efforts, but above all, an encouragement to go further.

We place prevention and training at the heart of our company policy:

  • Systematic integration of a prevention component when welcoming new employees
  • Goal of reducing work accidents to fewer than 5 per site annually by 2026
  • 100% of health and safety training completed and regularly updated
  • Introduction of one hour of sports classes at our Randan headquarters to offer our employees a moment of well-being and energy during their workday
  • Complete renovation of common areas and facilities to provide a more pleasant and friendly environment for all.


Our commitment goes beyond our walls: by supporting local initiatives, from the W7 rugby club to the Guérinet Festival, we contribute to the social and cultural vitality of our regions.

The future is built by the actions of today. Our responsibility is to continue moving forward, innovating, and improving. We will continue our efforts to:

  • Sustainably reduce our carbon footprint by following a well-defined trajectory (Carbon trajectory set at 12,000 tons within 3 years)
  • Develop even more efficient and environmentally friendly heating solutions
  • Guide our customers toward more sustainable and responsible consumption
  • Strengthen the training of our teams in quality, hygiene, safety, and the environment
